Shipping and Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new swimsuit so we will happily exchange your suit. If you have any questions regarding sizes please contact us before you purchase you new suit.
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Please contact me with the reason before you send it back.
- Exchanges will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and in its original condition with all labels and hygiene label attached. There must be no scent, stains, foundation or deodorant marks on the garment.
- Exchanges will not be accepted on sale or custom items. We are happy to alter custom items to make sure your new suit fits perfectly. No refunds.
- Exchanged items are not eligible for exchanges.
- Save your tracking number. Sueño Swimwear is not responsible for any lost packages.
As most pieces are made to order please allow 5 business day for your new suit to be made. Shipping to Canada and the US then takes around 5 business days to arrive. International orders usually take 5-10 business days and Australia 7-14 business days. If you require your suit sooner please contact us, we will do our best to make sure you have your dream bikini for your next adventure!!
